All the actors and registered members have to inform at Training Maples, at least of two working days (48 hours) previous to the functionary date of a Live Course session/ online webinar, if they wished to cancel/ withdraw their attendance to a live Webinar. The cancellation will be granted by issuing a letter of credit towards a unborn event, valid up to minimal one time from the date of allocation. Please note that the Training Maples, won't be suitable to vengeance any claim if the party couldn't be suitable to withdraw his/ her enrollment to the particular webinar or couldn't attend live webinars/ sessions due to necessary causes, within the below- mentioned designated time.
Alternately, the buyers can apply for the compensation in the following ways (a) The party can submit the written request to attend any forthcoming webinar/ session which will be having original label with the missed one. “ OR” (b) The party can apply for the access of recordings of the missed webinar, once it's finished. (The recording is out there posterior day and to be penetrated for 30 days after the webinar has concluded.)
www.trainingmaples.com will not be responsible for any penalties or other expenditure incurred pertaining to the cancellation. www.trainingmaples.com reserves the rights to cancel or register any live webinar/ Online training in case of inadequate enrolments, Educator Illness, or force-majeure events
In similar circumstances the attendees are going to be notified 24 hours before the listed launch time of the webinar/ event. The buyers can apply for the compensation in the following ways:
